Bradley Viner BVetMed MSc(VetGP) MRCVSBradley Viner qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in 1978, and after working as an assistant for a year, set up his own small animal practice, now established in Hatch End, Northwood, Bushey and Stanmore. He was Public Relations Officer for the British Small Animal Veterinary Association for eight years, and Chairman of National Pet Week, a charity promoting responsible pet ownership. He is also a trustee of The Dog's Home Battersea, and plays an active role in the running of the organisation. In 2005 he was elected as a member of the Council of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. He currently writes a regular column called “Reflections” in Veterinary Times, and spends a significant proportion of his time working with the media, having worked on wide range of programmes, and written many books and articles on pet care. Bradley has completed a Master's degree in Professional Development at Middlesex University, and is currently studying for a Doctorate there. As part of this work, he is facilitating the MSc veterinary clinical audit group. He is married with two children, two dogs, five cats, but only one wife! In his “spare” time, he enjoys travel, computing, cards, tennis and skiing. |
